What helps, if it's a bug

Which browser and device you were using, what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected. If the problem is specific to one file, it's usually about the tag that file already carries, so a note on where the file came from (ripped from CD, bought, exported from an app) is more useful than the file itself. Please don't send me copyrighted music; I can't do anything with it and it fills the inbox.

Corrections to the guides

If a guide says something wrong, I'd rather know than not. Point me to the sentence and, if you have one, a source. Corrections get fixed and noted on the page.

Before you write

A few things come up often enough to answer here. Cover art not showing after you saved is almost always the player's cache, not the file; the cover art guide has the fixes. An old car stereo that ignores the new title usually only reads ID3v1, so tick that box. And if your titles are turning into question marks somewhere, that's an encoding problem with a straightforward fix.

What to expect

I answer bugs within a few days and everything else when I can. If your message involves a feature request for batch editing: I hear you, it's the most asked-for thing, and the honest answer is that a desktop tool is still the right choice for that.
